We offer three Champion Hosting Plans, I, II and III. All three plans provide you with our Corporate Hosting Plan with more webspace and data transfer than you'll ever need, unlimited email addresses and ftp accounts, 25 databases and much more. These plans are sufficient for any size business.
What makes our Champion Hosting Plans different from our basic hosting plan is the level of ongoing support we provide. Each plan provides a certain amount of monthly support form a Certified Internet Webmaster Professional. The CIW Professional Certification is one of the highest industry level certifications attainable and a CIW Professional is very well qualified to assist in webmastering a site to maximum growth. CIW Certifed Webmasters generally charge on average $90 per hour for their services.
With each Champion Hosting Plan we assign a CIW Professional to administer your account personally. This is your personal support agent and this person will work with you on an individual basis to assist you in growing your site and maximizing its potential. You can use our support ticket desk to communicate with your agent or you can have a monthly consultation with them via telephone, it is your choice.

As mentioned, each plan offers you a specific amount of support time each month. You can use your time all at once with a monthly conference call to your support agent or you can use it in increments through our support desk with support tickets. When you are using one of these plans and you open a support ticket, each ticket will deduct a certain amount of your monthly available support time, depending upon the time required to answer the ticket (with a minimum of five minutes). In such case, you will know from ticket to ticket how much has been deducted and how much time is still available. For example, if you ask a question and the question takes us 10 minutes to compose the answer, we deduct ten minutes from your support account. This is a great way for you to learn anything and everything you want to learn about how to operate your business successfully on the Internet. Your support agent is a specialist and knows how to help you succeed and if used wisely will assist you in growing your site tremendously.
(It needs to be noted that support questions that are technically related to your hosting account do not count against your monthly marketing support as well as most general support questions. We will always notify you specifically as to whether a support ticket counts against your monthly marketing support or not.)
Other than the amount of provided monthly time for support our plan III has a unique difference. Plan III also includes our comprehensive web analytics program. More information about this program can be read here. This program is very comprehensive and will teach you things about your website you never knew as it tracks your visitors in real time and shows you detailed information about how your site is used by visitors. It includes a program we provide you which allows you to login to the system real time to track your site traffic. Don't confuse this with site statistic programs which are very limited in their capabilities, web analytics is extremely comprehensive in the information it provides. Virtually all of the most sucessful Internet based companies use web analytics - in fact we simply don't know how a website can truly succeed without it. This information will give you the tools you need to know how to take your website to the next level.
