This only applies if you have asked for the program to install in your root directory.
If you have purchased a hosting plan with software autoinstallation and still see the default webpage and your hosting plan has been activated, you still need to delete the default index.html page on your account.
To delete this file simply login to your account here at adtastic.info. Scroll down to "Server Quick Logins".
Find the account showing the hosting plan you purchased.
Click the button labeled "Cpanel".
Scroll down to the files section.
Click "File Manager".
Tick the button for "web root".
Find and highlight (touch with mouse) the file labled "index'html". Be certain it is index.html and not index.php or you will break your installation.
Once index.html is highlighted look up to the menu bar of the file manager and see the button with the big red X labeled "delete". Click that button and delete the file.
Once this is accomplished you should be able to navigate to your website and see the installation of the software you chose to have autoinstalled. Otherwise, please open a support ticket and we will assist you.
