If you press the button for either cpanel or webmail from within your client center and cannot login to either (you get a login failed message) you will need to open a support ticket and we can quickly fix the issue. Likely it means the login password has simply not been synced with our client support system which is common amongst any older accounts that were setup either by us manually or setup prior to us upgrading our client support system as we need to do these manually on a case by case basis.
