I placed a credit on my account but it didn't pay my due invoice




You have the ability to add credit to your account. This will pay upcoming invoices when they are due.

It is important to note that if you add credit to your account it will not pay any invoices that have already been generated. Those invoices are already entered into our payment system for payment.

The credit system only pays new invoices that are generated AFTER you have added the credit to your account. If you would like the credit applied to any existing invoice pleas elet us know and we can manually apply it.

Also note that when you generate an account credit, you will get an invoice for the credit amount. Don't fret it- our system has to generate an invoice in order to be able to effectively track a credit and also our payment gateway requires an invoice number in order to process a credit card charge. If for any reason you click the credit button then change your mind, simply let us know and we will cancel the invoice for you.
