Our ordering system is very sophisticated and detects fraud 100% of the time. It is unfortunate that because we offer instant hosting activation there are many criminals, mostly spammers, that attempt to setup accounts to run their scam spam campaigns from. Mostly this is because they get kicked off elsewhere and are constantly in need of a new hosting venue.
Although it is very rare there is the occasion when a legitimate order might not go through. Most commonly this is would be because your IP address is listed as an open proxy or the ip address you are ordering from is many miles away or in another country from where your credit card billing address is. And it could be as simple as an inadvertant mistake when you enter your billing details.
Even though your order might not go through, all of the information including your account information is still retained by our system. This way, if you call us directly we can access the information and you will not need to reenter it.
